For the homeowners, who work within the hospitality industry, the kitchen area was a primary consideration. The sleek space was carefully designed to achieve a multifunctional living environment. With extensive cabinetry installed, everything from the stacked oven and microwave to the kitchen sink is concealable.

Much of the residence, the kitchen included, is rendered in dark industrial grey tones, with the flooring, benchtops and storage spaces remaining monochromatic. In order to create a more dynamic space, select cabinets have cavity doors and internal lighting; when left open, these nooks double as stylish display vitrines.

The outdoor area is also particularly well-executed; featuring an idyllic pool and cabana area, the entirety of the landscaping perpetuates the hard-edge geometric structure of the residence. With pops of colour provided through artistic installations, flora and pottery, the all-inclusive outdoor area is visually dynamic, and provides multiple living and entertaining zones.
