Combining sleek cantilevered and gabled roofing with Stria and Axon James Hardie cladding, the home’s exterior exudes sophistication. The predominantly black and white colour palette is beautifully offset by the use of natural spotted-gum timber and recycled brickwork, providing plenty of added warmth.

The indoor kitchen features an impressive butler’s pantry – complete with a stunning tiled feature wall – as well as state-of-the-art SMEG appliances, while the spacious alfresco kitchen, which overlooks the newly constructed concrete pool, allows the homeowners to supervise the children and entertain with ease.

The cantilevered areas of the home required extensive structural steel fabrication, which posed a unique challenge for the team at Seaside Building & Design. However, through careful planning and consideration, the team overcame all obstacles with finesse.
