Working with plans that the homeowner developed in conjunction with an architect, Seaside Building & Design brilliantly actualised the brief through extensive excavation work, ensuring the home sits comfortably within the property’s slope. The company also created additional easements and engineered custom powder-coated screening to take in the expansive views of the escarpment below.
