This luxurious three-storey, split-level family home, designed by Aspect Designs and built by Starr Constructions, incorporates spacious open-plan living areas and a neutral colour palette that combine to create a sleek and modern aesthetic. From the street, the home looks striking with its unique façade and overwhelming size. The interior continues to impress with carefully selected materials that accentuate the property’s key features and add an aesthetically pleasing element to each zone. Featuring generously sized rooms with beautiful high ceilings, the overall design of the home utilises the abundance of space. The muted palette used throughout the interior emphasises the expansive and inviting rooms, and exudes a sense of luxury.

The teams at Aspect Designs and Starr Constructions worked together to achieve an incredible result on every level. The clients requested that each room flow smoothly into the next, while remaining as open and spacious as possible. With Miele appliances and an expansive island bench, the open-plan kitchen is not only beautiful, but also highly functional. Offering everyday practicality, it’s a communal space that’s ideal for a large, growing family. The cabinetry’s sleek finishes and clean lines create a trendy aesthetic.

The LED downlights that feature in each room illuminate the large areas perfectly. The mix of open-plan and private spaces enables the family to come together to socialise, and find privacy when needed. The spotted-gum staircase is one of the key features of the property. Located near large windows that overlook the courtyard and pool, it adds a sense of grandeur to the space.

As avid entertainers, the clients requested a relaxing and inviting outdoor area to complement their pool and courtyard. Glass fencing was selected for the pool area as it perfectly blends with the surrounding landscape. Glass was the ideal choice of material as it doesn’t draw attention away from the stunning pool or entertaining area.
