The residence was optimised for ease of living and entertaining in every respect. In addition to numerous entertaining spaces, there are also designated areas for the children to spend time socialising, studying, and resting, which was a priority for the homeowners. Four bedrooms are located separately on the first floor, nearby a casual living space, and each room is finished with a walk-in wardrobe and en suite.

The ground floor is replete with multiple entertaining spaces. Alongside a formal lounge room, dining space, sitting area, and rumpus and family rooms, the ground level also features a theatre room, and an alfresco area with a chic swimming pool.

Also located on the ground floor, the kitchen features a state-of-the-art butler’s pantry, and is a standout space within the home’s overall design. The sleek, monochromatic interior is bright and open, and features orb-like pendant lights that extend into the dining room, unifying each zone.

The open-plan structure of the kitchen and dining space makes for easy family living and entertaining, which is further enhanced by the inclusion of bar seating at the kitchen’s expansive marble island.

The Caesarstone Calacatta Nuvo benchtops are beautifully complemented by the carefully selected cabinetry and appliances. The clean, white cabinetry is accentuated by contrasting slate grey and metallic details, while a mirrored splashback further augments the kitchen’s spacious appearance and provides a point of interest without interrupting the modern minimalist aesthetic.

The alfresco area provides multiple seating options in a neat and tidy environment that complements the geometric, structured style of the home. Simple and easy to maintain, the landscaping was carefully designed to blend in, rather than distract attention.

The outdoor dining space is designed for functional entertaining, with kitchen facilities including a fridge, sink, storage space and barbecue. Accessible via the poolside kitchen area, the bar room includes additional seating and a television, with glass sliding doors and multiple windows providing excellent visibility for when the clients want to relax and entertain, while also keeping an eye on the action outside in the pool.
