This knockdown/rebuild project was architecturally designed to utilise every inch of the block’s available space. Featuring elegant open-plan living areas, a private terrace and a spacious studio – accessible by a rear laneway, this multifunctional home is fully equipped to exceed its occupants’ current and future needs.

The natural stone granite slabs used in the kitchen and bathroom create an air of cohesion, while the low-maintenance, engineered timber floorboards and black accents provide a sleek and modern look. The enviable property also features a balcony, which overlooks the beautiful city skyline. Its lush greenery can be admired from the alfresco dining area; an entertainer’s dream.
