Opulent open-plan living sits at the heart of this stunning home, with a light-filled kitchen and adjoining dining and living area forming a welcoming family hub. Fitted with state-of-the-art Smeg appliances, the kitchen boasts smooth European tiles, which are carried throughout the dwelling for a cohesive aesthetic. An expansive island bench provides the homeowners with plenty of room for food preparation and additional seating, as they requested a home to accommodate many guests.

The living area flows out onto the alfresco through bifold doors, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor for increased entertaining potential. Chandeliers adorn both dining areas and the foyer for a sophisticated touch, whilst provincial furnishings present a calm, classic look that is warm and inviting despite the home’s cooler tones.

The main bedroom maintains the French inspiration with soft grey carpet and off-white Dulux paint. Black accents give a welcome contrast, complementing the wrought iron that fences the private balcony. The en suite showcases marbled grey tiles that form the splashback, silver taps, handles and mirror frames, and shaker-style cabinetry, all matching the family bathroom.

Dark wooden flooring on the landing and in the compact study gives the home a monochromatic charm. The staircase railing proudly displays the same wrought iron fencing as the balcony, blending the exterior and interior together in one unified statement.

A specialty feature of this dwelling is the multiple outdoor spaces. In addition to the alfresco, a semi-private courtyard leads off the formal dining room for an intimate feel, and the final space is for the homeowners to enjoy privately.

Zenith Homes Australia was able to utilise the site’s topography to elevate the abode and fully display its grand design to catch the eye. The meticulous landscaping, modular wall and fresh greenery give the façade dimension and structure, a truly impressive sight.
