Zenith Homes Australia Project 4

Zenith Homes Australia has delivered another fantastic build, with the help of architect Dela Design. Spanning 1005 square metres over three storeys, this spectacular home has not left a single inch of this corner block go to waste.

The front façade is a sight to be seen, displaying a dynamic design and a mix of complementary materials, including acrylic render, ALUCOBOND , warm timber accents and a stunning granite stone cladding feature. The varied levels and square shapes give the home a modern edge, making it a true standout on the street. Simple landscaping keeps the overall look fresh and highlights all the sensational elements.

Stepping through the front door provides instant proof that the internal design is just as incredible as the exterior. Fresh white walls and tiles create a sense of spaciousness, aided by the large void areas between the first and second storey. The entryway opens up onto a formal living room defined by elegant timber posts, with tall windows that cleverly take advantage of the void areas.

Past the cantilevered staircase is the dwelling’s hub – an open-plan kitchen and living area fit for entertaining, family time and the passionate home cook. A subtle combination of colours and textures is successfully executed once again in the kitchen; the sleek island bench connects to a lowered timber seating area, while a darker veneer wood forms the extensive cabinetry. The centred cooking unit conceals the butler’s pantry, while the bulkheads above the island give the space definition.

There’s a seamless indoor-outdoor transition between the living area and backyard alfresco, which further leads down to a swimming pool with a cabana. The continued use of large windows draws in natural light and maintains the connection between these two spaces.

Large corner windows in the master bedroom on the second storey utilise the views from every angle. Zenith Homes Australia has not held back on space, providing more than enough room for a full-sized king bed.

The en suite cohesively matches the rest of the home, featuring floor-to-ceiling tiles and similar cabinetry to the kitchen, along with contemporary fixtures, including the floating vanity, matte-black tapware and freestanding bathtub. Timber panelling warms the cooler tones and forms a simple shelf. The luxurious walk-in shower showcases a stylish geometric tiled feature wall that can be appreciated under the ceiling showerhead for maximum relaxation.
