Set on a 2.5-acre block, this stunning split-level home by Style Homes incorporates astute landscaping throughout the exterior to help maximise the site. Style Homes’ architect Carlo Ranieri and the construction team worked in close collaboration to ensure the clients’ vision of spacious rural living was faithfully realised.

A natural stream is located at the front of the property, and the team at Style Homes were mindful to make the most of this unique facet. The landscaping ingeniously integrates the watercourse and the home with the addition of a charming walkway crossing bridge and jetty, which makes a real statement in the foreground of the property. While the watercourse had initially posed a challenge due to council requirements, the team were able to cleverly include it in the home’s design to achieve visual cohesion.

The home’s open-plan layout includes a number of communal living spaces, which provide plenty of room for intimate family gatherings. A neutral colour scheme is showcased throughout the interior of the home, which achieves a warm and inviting atmosphere. The colour scheme continues through to the outdoor spaces in a number of finishes, including the pavers.

Outside, the spacious alfresco and entertaining area overlooks an expansive in-ground swimming pool. Complete with high fences and soft LED lighting, the outdoor area is the ideal space in which to entertain guests. The home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen, as well as a large study that can also double as a functional music room. Integrated water-storage tanks were installed to promote green living and help maintain the large landscaped area.
